I have always believed that education is the foundation for building a better world. With that in mind, I pursued multiple degrees, research projects, and voluntary services, all aimed at creating a positive impact in my community.”
“My academic journey has been diverse and enriching. I have completed five master’s degrees in Psychology, English, Education, and Counseling Psychology. Each of these disciplines has given me the tools to understand and support human potential in different ways.
I also hold an Master of Philosophy degree , which broadened my understanding of language and its cultural significance. I have received guidance from distinguished mentors such as Dr. MKC Nair, Dr. Shivarajan Sir, and Dr. Jodi Cohen from Cornell University, Canada. Their support has been invaluable in shaping my academic pursuits.
Additionally, I earned a Ph.D. honor from the Nethaji World Record, further recognizing my contributions to education and research.”

“Beyond formal education, my professional journey has been equally fulfilling. I have taught English Communication and General Education at the University of Calicut and Educational Sociology at Kannur University college I also had the privilege of teaching English Communication at a Model Residential School for scheduled tribes and Sceduled castes in Kerala.
In the field of counseling, I provided health-oriented counseling at Farook College Orphanage Hostel and spent five years offering free home care services to bedridden patients, reflecting my commitment to community service.
Through my voluntary work, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of compassion and empathy in healthcare, which has inspired many of my research projects.”
“My research has focused on areas that impact both individuals and society. Some of my notable projects include studies on teens’ mental health, psychosomatic development, and homeostasis in sports.
I’ve presented papers on psychiatric social work and rural development, emphasizing sustainable practices, and participated in discussions on somatic inkblot methods and psychological testing. My publications include articles on rescue services, Iranian cinema, and health awareness, contributing to knowledge sharing in various fields.
Additionally, I created awareness videos, including one on the healing properties of water during the pandemic, which gained significant attention.”
“Throughout my journey, I have earned over 35 certifications in areas like dyslexia management, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional freedom therapy, and effective communication, physio etc. Notably, I pursued advanced courses from institutions such as NIT Kerala center and IIM Kerala center further enhancing my skills.
My efforts have been recognized by the Worthy Wellness Foundation India and the American Book Record, among others, highlighting my dedication to education, science, and social service.”
