I am National level Athlete in 100 mtr Sprint and i have got many Medals and Certificates in that field. I am also a Physiotherapist. I am giving training to the Athlete . I have already achieved India Record in One Hand Deadlift 110 kg in under 90 kg Weight Category.

I am Subham Goswami (Dob. 26 oct 1998 ).
Son of Suraj Bhan lives in Bhiwani Haryana . I am working in Airforce Station Fitness Flight Gym as a Coach .

I began with weight and strength training with the help of the Gym Trainer Mr. Satish Kumar . By setting small goals each day and balanced workout routine, I have recently made a World Record with
One Hand Deadlift 135 kg in under 90 kg weight category .
My dream is make a World Record and I achieved it.
This achievement has given me an immense self-satisfaction and many thanks to Gym Trainer Mr. Satish Kumar for continuous encouragement at every step. He is a best coach. My family was a huge source of motivation and support.
I am very happy to be a part of World Book Record and thankful for recognition of my efforts.
